Prowers County Clerk's Office is still providing several options for our customers to renew their vehicle registrations.
All the options we made available earlier in the year when COVID-19 hit are still available for our customers.
1. Mail your payment with renewal card through USPS and the stickers will be mailed to you.
2. Drop your payment with renewal card in the drop box located in the parking lot on the east side of the courthouse building and the stickers will be mailed to you.
3. Call the office and renew over the phone with a credit card and the stickers will be mailed to you.
4.Renew online at: mydmv.colorado.gov pay with a credit card and the stickers will be mailed to you.
If you need a marriage license please go the the Prowers County website, www.prowerscounty.net print a copy of the application, fill in ALL the information, both parties sign it and return your completed application by dropping it in the drop box or mail it to us along with $30 cash. Be sure to provided us with a good contact name and number in case there's information missing on your application or we may call you when your marriage license is ready.
Due to COVID-19 and the social distancing rule we can only have 3 customers in our office at one time in order to help prevent the spread of the virus. So, we ask that you have patience, understanding, and if any of the available options we've listed above works better for you please do so, rather then entering the building and standing in line.
Please give us a call with any questions you may have.
