16 years ago today, Brandon Browne was struck by a bullet in a Denny’s parking lot after a verbal altercation occurred between his group of friends and two unidentified males. It appears that Mr. Browne was not involved in the incident, but was still struck by a bullet. Numerous witnesses were interviewed and forensic evidence collected from the crime scene. To date, neither the suspect SUV nor its occupants have been positively identified. Cold case detectives have worked diligently to find answers.
