We'll *mitigate* this together!
As of 7/22/2020, Fremont County has entered a two week period of "mitigation".
So, what does that mean?
✅ Our most recent variance is still good
✅ Our community needs to support each other in slowing the spread of COVID-19, thus keeping our rate of infection low (and keeping things open!)
✅ If this does not happen and our rate of infection continues to increase, then we will be at risk of losing our variance
The graphic below indicates the process through which counties in Colorado must mitigate the spread of the virus that causes COVID-19 within their communities in order to keep their citizens safe and healthy, and maintain their variance requirements.
