Keep fit this Fall/Winter with the AFRC's Online Fitness classes!

October's Class Schedule: October 5-31
Bodyweight Training: Every Tue, Thu, 6:00 AM
Lunchtime PowerHour: Every Mon, Wed, 12:00 PM
Tabata/Pilates: Every Mon, Wed, Fri, 6:30 AM
Yoga: Every Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, 10:00 AM (except no class 10/5-9)

Free to those with active AFRC members; just ask for the class info. Had a membership pre-COVID? Contact us to discuss your options.

Otherwise, here's how to…
Register for Online-Only AFRC Membership

1. Visit the Rec Center's Fitness & Health Online Programs webpage,
2. Scroll to the bottom of the page. Open Adult Programs, then Fitness & Health, and finally click Register for the Online-Only Membership. If you do not have an account, you can create one. If you do have a Rec center account, but do not know your log-in, contact us; we'll help!
3. Once you complete payment, the meeting information for every available class will be emailed to you prior to the start of the first class of the month (so no later than Sunday evening/Oct 4).
4. Online-Only Membership can also be in-person at the Recreation Center, but not by phone.
